My mother died when I was 8 and I was moved to Louisiana with familythat I was unfamiliar with. As I look back, it seems as if that's when my life ended as well, because I've been in a depression every since. Although I became familiar with the people who are blood related, I have never felt love of a family since my mother passed. There is no positive communication, no close family ties, and no one was equipped to deal with a severily depressed child, so I didn't get the help, love, and support that I needed.
