I'm an only child who was raised very disconnected from family and has had to move a lot, so making lasting friendships has been difficult. My best friend lives 600 miles away in SF, but we remain very close, so I know have the tools to build friendships. I am looking for a chosen family here in Oregon, the closer to Eugene the better, but it doesn't have to be if the connection is good. I am into the arts and social justice, and I love movies and animals. I have lived in Oregon 14 years, but was born and raised in Oakland and San Francisco, CA and was a third generation Bay Area native, so that is still very much a part of me.
