My parents live in another country. Although still alive and we talk, they were always invalidating and I never felt loved. My mother never calls me and forgets I even exist at times. I do have good friends, most live far away and few here, but I do long for a loving family—either a mother figure or sister, grandma etc. Open to being a mother and mentor too. I’ve always wanted a loving family as far as I can remember!
