I grew up quickly and started my first job at 12. I never really left time for personal relationships. Growing up, I had a full family, but their presence was just physical. I spend most of my time alone because I’ve learned that friendships can sometimes be a burden. My Mother was the only person I ever truly confided in. Since her abrupt passing 4 years ago, without a chance to say goodbye, I have been very lost without someone to talk with.
