My father (https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0829695/?ref_=fn_al_nm_1) was an actor, dancer, comedian, who worked on the vaudeville stages, on the radio, and in movies and television. The minority actors of his generation had to take stereotyped roles because that was all the work that was available to them. They are often unappreciated for their role in history. In 1950 my parents created the historic Ebony Showcase Theatre (http://www.ebonyshowcasetheatre.org) that occupied 4 different buildings over the years. The final theater building was part of our small complex that was later taken in eminent domain and demolished by the redevelopment agency using unethical methods. After the loss of the buildings, we opened http://www. mailordermoviehouse.com where we offer classic movies and vintage TV shows on DVD to benefit our non profit charitable projects. Our present effort is to raise money to buy or rent a building and to offer our internet radio station at http://www.internetbroadcastingworld.com .
