I am of Scottish and Jewish heritage (the best and worst of both worlds), bespectacled, bald, 6' 3" in height and approximately 215 lbs.
I am a seasoned newspaperman, an Eagle Scout (from Montgomery, AL), a former magazine publisher, a former New Yorker from the city as well as Brooklyn and a former punk rock/thrash band tour manager and audio engineer. I can hold my own in a traditional world as well as the new world of diversity.
As a child I traveled the world, became obsessed with writing, letter forms, incunabula, photography and related media. I have since been a magazine publisher (15 years), was employed at EMI Music Inc. (13 years, simultaneously) and am now a veteran newspaperman whose services are hired by L.A.-based newspapers.
I am normally well-dressed, but comfortable donning most any demeanor.
