I am looking for a friend (preferably female). I can't move around like I used to, but I try my best. Water aerobics helps a lot & it feels good afterwards. I would like to meet someone that has an interest in exercise even if we don't do it together but we support each other. An occasional movie, visit a farmers market or just hang out because we need a break from our routine, whatever that might be . Especially if you're a caregiver.
